Who We Are

Designer Kitchens Baths, Inc. is a small, family-owned, design-build firm which specializes in upscale Kitchen and Bath remodeling. Around 90% of our work is centered in helping people remodel their existing homes.

We specialize in bringing all the pieces and parts together for you so that you can have the Kitchen and/or Bath of your dreams.

To facilitate this endeavor, we are licensed Builders here in the state of South Carolina. Our license allows us to pull the umbrella or general permit for a project under which our subs can then pull theirs. This concept allows us to be a single point of responsibility for our Clients. A great number of our Clients appreciate the convenience of this arrangement. Today, few of us have the time or desire to assume the role as our own general contractor.

We are licensed as Architects here in the State of  South Carolina. A number of our Clients realize the benefit of hiring an Architect when they hire us to do their Kitchen or Bath. Because of our architectural expertise, we tend to look at the big picture although we may only be focused on an existing Hall bathroom, for example. It has been our experience that when one makes one change in a Client s home, if affects other things in that residence. Being sensitive to these changes and their effect on other spaces in the home is Key to maintaining value for the Client.

DK B can offer our clients a full range of services. Our wide range of design experience and remodeling expertise allows us to provide our Clients with a single source for their Kitchens or Baths. This, in turn, paves the way for providing a service which is difficult for our competition to match.
