Shipping and Returns

Our shipping, returns, and refund policies only cover items purchased from Gifts.com. Items purchased through 3rd parties are subject to that merchant's policies.

Shipping Methods

Gifts.com offers shipping options for delivery within the U.S. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or US territories.

We cannot always guarantee processing times but make every effort to hold to the timelines listed in our shipping information page. Once an order is processed for shipping it cannot be changed and you will receive an email with tracking information.

30-Day Guarantee

Returns

If you are otherwise unhappy with a product you may return it for a refund up to 30 days after purchase. Items returned must be unused and must be returned with their original packaging at the buyer's expense. Please contact Gifts.com support to obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to your return. We cannot accept or process returns without a Return Authorization Number.

Please note that monogrammed and personalized gifts, gift cards, food, and software products are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they are damaged.

Flowers are not eligible for exchange or refund after 7 days. To complete your return, we will require proof of purchase.

Once the returned item is received, we will either issue a gift credit or credit the original source of payment. Gift certificates / codes will be mailed to the person requesting the return and may only be used to purchase other items from the Gifts.com Shop. Gift certificates / codes will have no cash redemption value once issued.

Damaged/ Defective Items

In the event an item is damaged or defective, Gifts.com will be happy to ship a replacement item. You must contact customer service within 30 days of receipt to process a replacement order.

Exchanges

Gifts.com is happy to issue a refund or credit for items you wish to exchange.

To begin processing your return or exchange please contact Gifts.com support M F 8am 5pm EST.

Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip.

Please be sure your Order ID is on the return label and your Return Authorization Form is included in your package for fast processing.

Returns can be mailed it to: Gifts.com 523 West 6th Street, Suite 534, Los Angeles, CA 90014. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g. FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Gifts.com is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Experience Gift Certificate Return and Exchange Policy

Cloud 9 Living Experience Gift Certificates are governed by the Cloud 9 Living Terms and the Cloud 9 Living Returns and Exchanges Policy available here: http://www.cloud9living.com/legal/returns-and-exchanges. However, Gifts.com also has a 30 day guarantee and if you wish to return a Cloud 9 Experience Gift Certificate you purchased from Gifts.com, for any reason whatsoever, just give us a call within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue you a refund. For security reasons, all refunds must be requested by the original purchaser and the refunded money will be remitted only to the original purchaser in accordance with the original payment method. In other words, we can only issue a refund to the person who made the purchase and can only credit the card used in the transaction. No refunds are allowed once a Cloud 9 Living Experience is booked.
