After another successful season serving up big personalities and high ratings, it seems cooking's dynamic duo are back.

My Kitchen Rules judges Manu Feildel and Pete Evans were back in business on Friday with the pair coming together for a cruisy selfie while out for a spin in Manu's convertible.

The suave Frenchman and Paleo warrior can be seen flashing cheeky grins and showing off their fresh haircuts in a social media snap captioned: 'Geared up for another season of MKR with my old mate @manufeildelofficial. Thanks for the lift brother.'

Clearly more prepared for the top down drive, Manu was rugged up in a warm looking Lacoste vest and had his newly shorn hair combed up into a gravity defying quiff.
