2. Find a local assessment venue - your assessment venue needs to be local, or as near as possible to you

When you have a shortlist of training providers you are interested in, contact them directly. They can talk you through the course process, what they offer and how they will support you. This will help you to make an informed decision about your studies.

What should you ask?

When you contact potential training providers ask what they offer in terms of:

There should be a degree of learning support provided by a tutor and/or course advisor. It’s likely there will be some form of marking and feedback given during your studies as you progress.
