We’re absolutely in love with this new Balham kitchen from bespoke specialists deVOL. which combines classic style, modern materials, and clever details to create a very special space.

Here, deVOL’s signature Shaker-style units are painted in the classical Pantry Blue shade, creating an ideal background for the Bella Brass door furniture to gleam against. The antique brass taps provide another heritage metal flair, and the entire scheme is kept modern and fresh with a concrete worktop.

The entire space is kept light and fresh thanks to the glass roof and Crittal-style doors that lead to the garden, and to a utility room, and the trio of sparkling glass pendant lights over the island.

Antique wood touches lend warmth and a rustic feel, and we particularly love the built-in bookshelf, which provides a lovely characterful, lived-in touch.
