Utilizing ingredients indigenous to each specific geographic area, every region passionately boasts its own style of cooking and the wonderful dishes they create. Whether it be wood roasted caponata from Sicily, beautiful rustic breads from Tuscany, super thin crust pizza from Napoli, or fresh tagliatelle from Bologna, the culinary adventure of exploring Italy’s different regions is truly endless. Owner Joe Faro has traveled extensively throughout Italy studying its diverse culinary styles and regional wines. He observed firsthand the Italian’s respect and tradition for the preparation and presentation of their food. Inspired by their travels, Tuscan Kitchen, allows the guest to experience true regional, artisan Italian cuisine without ever traveling to Italy.
