Interviews are a two sided thing, and are as much for you to get a feel for the chemistry department as for the academic staff to get to know you. If you have a different way of looking at a concept, or there's something you don't understand, tell them! It leads to an interesting interview for both parties. If you agree with everything you're told, you're not exactly demonstrating an ability to think about and around the subject.

Let me give an example of where a lecturer disagreed with a correct answer to encourage us to think around the subject. At the Oxford chemistry open day we attended a practical lecture / show. The lecturer was demonstrating a "chemical clock" known as the Briggs-Rauscher oscillating reaction:
