As all our strong carcasses  are made especially for you they can be made to match your existing carcasses even if they are not a standard size.

Oak Kitchen Carcass

All of our carcasses are of excellent quality and are manufactured to the highest standards:

• 18mm  high denisty Melamine Faced Chipboard MFC
• 18mm high density MFC backs for strength and rigidity
• Most units are available made to measure please contact us to discuss
• Colour co-ordinated throughout all visible edges are covered no exposed chipboard
• Optional 2mm edging to all front edges and internal shelves available on kitchen carcasses
• Service voids on kitchen units 45mm on bases, 8mm on wall units
• 150mm adjustable Juypal heavy duty legs on kitchen unit
• 100mm adjustable legs on bedroom units
• Base units and tall units are 570mm deep, wall units are 300mm deep
• Wardrobes are 580mm deep and other bedroom cupboards are 460mm deep
• 2-way adjustable clip-on hinges (door hinge-holes to be 102mm from top and bottom)
• Soft-close Munchen drawers are standard Steel Blumotion (soft-close) are also available
• Supplied with shelves as appropriate
• Most units can be supplied fully assembled with rigid cam construction .
• Units having drawers are supplied with the drawer box fitted ready to take the appropriate drawer front.

All carcasses with the exception of the some bedroom wardrobes and large cabinets, can be supplied fully assembled and delivered by the manufacturer s own transport.

We have an extensive range of finishes which provide a good-to-excellent match for all doors. Colour swatches of the various finishes are available.

We operate Nationally from our modern premises in Ballinrobe Co. Mayo, supplying to the Trade throughout Ireland and all carcasses are delivered by our own transport, virtually eliminating any chance of transit damage.
