Masters have a dedicated project team that will manage your installation project from final design right through to completion of installation works. The Masters Project Team is responsible for managing our network of licensed trade contractors to ensure your kitchen project is finished to the highest standard. The Masters Project Team will be on call to assist you throughout the project and will troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Installation

We offer Kitchen Installation services from basic cabinet assembly and installation right through to full scope kitchen remodels. In 6 simple steps we can take you from Inspiration to Installation:

If you can t provide your own measurements we can arrange for a professional to do it for you. The fee for this service is $99 and includes a preliminary report of your project requirements, measurement of your kitchen space, floor plan indicating services, doors window. We will also take measurement of your appiances if you intend to keep them and some photos of your kitchen space to assist our kitchen design team.

Once we have your kitchen measurments, our kitchen design team will arrange a consultation to develop your ideas and review current kitchen trends. At the completion of the consultation you will be provided with a 3D design of your kitchen space, a quote for the products selected and an estimate of the installation cost based on your kitchen design.

A full review of your kitchen design is required so that we can verify that the final design will fit your space as intended. This includes checking cabinet sizing, clearances, regulatory compliance and identifying additional building work or services. Once the review is complete we will provide a detailed quote for building work and a preliminary installation schedule. The fee for this service is $149 which is paid prior to undertaking the review. The fee is deducted from your final purchase price if you go ahead with Installation.

Once the review of your design is complete, we will finalise the scope of your kitchen project and prepare a contract to undertake the works. To initiate the project you will need to sign the contract and pay a deposit. In most instances the deposit is between 5%-10% of the final purchase price. Once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid we will order your products and provide you with an information pack that contains all of your project particulars. This pack includes your signed contract, terms conditions, final design drawings, the payment Installation schedule and if required Home Warranty Insurance.

Prior to starting the project, a Masters representative will conduct a thorough check of cabinets and accessories to ensure that everything is on-site and ready for the project to commence. We will take you through the final work schedule and identify when each stage payment will due. Once the Installation is complete we will organise a final walkthrough to ensure the project is complete as per the terms of the contract and to your satisfaction. Once completed you will need to pay any outstanding payments owed and finalise our completion paperwork.
