We are seeking a Kitchen Sales Specialist for our Bundamba store. Kitchen Sales Specialists provide expert product advice, kitchen design solutions and assistance with installations to ensure customer delight and satisfaction. This is a part time position of 32 hours per week (to be confirmed at the interview).

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the health and safety of all store associates, customers and contractors within their department

• Provide specialist product advice and service

• Impart product knowledge to team members

• Ensure a high standard of customer service and presentation of products in the store in order to maximise sales and exceed customer service expectations

To be considered for this role applicants need to be able to meet the following selection criteria:

• Previous demonstrated experience in kitchen sales and design

• Previous demonstrated experience in using kitchen design CAD programs including 2020 Design, Quisine etc

• Demonstrate a strong customer focus and competently deal with customer queries and complaints

• Work in a fast-paced team environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• An eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results

• Prioritise workload to effectively meet deadlines

• Be self motivated and show initiative

• Ability to drive sales and a passion for home improvement

• Project a professional image at all times
