One question though. I see the rug does have some very negative reviews. I was wondering about a couple of the smaller ones in my kitchen. The two main complaints are dirt (shedding) and stink. Have you noticed that? There were many of such comments. Is the rug soft enough for bare feet? I need to check it out at our World Market. Thanks for your input!

Love every beautiful detail. The colors are wonderful as are the marble counters. The island lights and the sconce lights add such a nice vintage industrial look to the room. Pat yourself on the back for a job well done.
