This will be an all-day celebration for the launch of my new cookbook Empanadas: The Hand-Held Pies of Latin America !

--Hourly and FREE cooking demonstrations by yours truly, in their state-of-the-art-cooking school (upstairs on the second floor).

--Free tasting of samples of some empanada recipes from my book
