We’re not a bank and we’ll never think like a bank.  We don’t put our Borrowers through months of requesting one document after another like so many other lenders do to their Borrowers and then never fund the loan.  We tell our Borrowers right up front if we can fund the loan and we’ll close the loan in 1 to 2 weeks.  So even if you ve been turned down by your bank and you don’t think you can get a mortgage loan, we should be able to get you the financing you need.
