Lucian Bukowski Joins CBRE s Houston Office Tenant Rep Group

HOUSTON, Texas – July 26, 2013 – CBRE today announces that Lucian Bukowski, one of the most highly accomplished commercial real estate professionals in Houston, has joined CBRE Houston’s Office Occupier Team.

Mr. Bukowski will join CBRE as executive vice president, specializing in the representation of office users. With experience in all aspects of tenant representation including corporate headquarter leases, site selection, leasing and acquisition, Mr. Bukowski has successfully handled his clients’ real estate requirements in more than 400 transactions totaling 7.6 million square feet.

Mr. Bukowski joins CBRE from Jones Lang LaSalle. During his career, he has been recognized by industry organizations and publications for his accomplishments, including National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Deal of the Year award winner in 2007, NAIOP Office Broker of the Year finalist and Houston Business Journal’s “Heavy Hitter” for multiple years.

Currently, Mr. Bukowski is an advisory board member at Yellowstone Academy and has served on the Board of Directors of the Texas Business Hall of Fame. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A M University’s Business Honors Program.

Mr. Bukowski will office at CBRE’s downtown office in Bank of America Center at 700 Louisiana Street.
