Once upon a time we were all about laminate worktops here at Wilsonart. In fact, we're still the UK's largest manufacturer of laminate work surfaces, producing a mind-blowing 66 miles of them on average every single week. That's enough laminate per month to cover 21 full sized football pitches!

Since the acquisition of our site in Shildon in 1998, we've evolved as producers of so much more. Now, we are creators of an array of decorative surfaces in laminate, super-hardwearing AEON ™  laminate, Earthstone and Gemstone solid surface materials for a whole host of different applications. You know how it is, you are cruising around the web and then all of a sudden *whammo* you come across something really, really cool and your heart kinda skips a beat. Well, that’s what happened when I came across the Steel Kitchen Corporation website. NEW steel kitchen cabinets ..that you can order in the exact sizes that you need ..amazing.

I know that Viking stopped production of the new ‘St. Charles’ brand steel cabinets, but they may make a comeback eventually as I heard another company may possibly take over production (maybe they have already. ), but I had no idea that any other companies were actually manufacturing steel kitchen cabinets at this time.
