HOW IT WORKS

To buy online click GET A QUOTE NOW (button above) and follow the process through to the purchase stage where you are redirected to the secure payment site provided for us by Sage Pay. Enter your payment details there.

Make sure that you have the correct address and postcode for the card that you are using.

You will be required to confirm that you have read and understood the cover provided before proceeding to purchase.

For your convenience, the terms and conditions remain available as pdf files at the bottom of each page of the application process.

Once payment is made, you will return to our site where you will print the Policy Schedule and confirmation of cover purchased, and/or save it as a pdf file on your computer. Please DO NOT ignore this final stage as you cannot return to it.

You will also be sent the Policy Schedule electronically in the form of an email with links to pdf files of important documents. Make sure that you check spam and junk settings with your email account at source of your service provider and webmail account.

This is an entirely electronic transaction and files are in the globally recognised PDF format. There is no other human intervention and documents are not provided by post.

SINGLE TRIP Is our "flagship" product covering most trips without the need for any medical declaration given our Unique system of increased policy excesses for pre-existing medical conditions.

No age loading of premium for any trips up to 31-day duration for persons aged 80 or less. Cover available for persons aged up to 90. Maximum trip duration is 94 days.

MULTI TRIP like Single Trip, covers most trips without the need for any medical declaration using the same Unique system of increased policy excesses for pre-existing medical conditions.

Trips up to 90 days duration can be covered. Available for persons aged up to 80 years. Discounted price for Couples and Families.

Single Trip "PLUS" travel insurance. An alternative to Single Trip for customers requiring a reduced excess it also covers medical conditions that present an increased risk. Additional cover includes increased Cancellation cover and Scheduled Airline Failure, plus for Armed Forces personnel Exigencies of HM Armed Forces.

Cover is available for persons up to age 115. Maximum trip duration is 122 days.

Single Trip "SKI" is a winter sports product covering persons up to age 75 years. The majority of trips are covered without the need for any medical screening or declaration. Our same unique system of increased policy excesses for both age and pre existing medical conditions applies.

Single Trip "BUDGET" This is our low cost travel insurance designed for short trips up to 31 days duration with reduced rates for Family and Single Parent Families. Maximum age for this product is 65 years. Pre existing health conditions need to be declared. Covers a wide range of sports and hazardous activities, please refer to the list of Sports and Hazardous Activities also in the Forms area.

Single Trip "GAP" is designed for extended duration single trips from 1 to 18 months duration for Gap Year student travel, backpackers, work placements and other extended stay trips. A wide range of sports and other activites can be covered. Available to persons aged up to 55 years.
