My experience with Hartford Insurance was AWFUL.  The estimates came back different depending on what my deductible is, what I was told by my claim adjuster did not happen.  ie that a check for the difference between the deductible and the body shop estimate would be deposited into my checking account, WELL what happened  is that the body shop sent another (really. ) estimate to Hartford with a DIFFERENT estimate when they both (the body shop and Hartford) figured out that I was getting the work done elsewhere.  BE BEWARE.
