Steve, we can t thank you enough for catching the major  problems with the beam, post connections, etc.  You saw in just a few short minutes what the architect, CAD man, engineer, City, two contractors missed!  We are so pleased that you caught this before we starting construction.  Our draftsman and engineer are changing the plans to take back to the City for approval.

What s so great about the Kitchen Design Center is that it s owner, Steve Quinn, is a licensed contractor who knows his stuff.  Not only does he craft beautiful kitchens with function and form, but he s a wiz at all things construction.

On an inspection for my house for some prospective cabinet work, I noted to Steve that I had a leak under my foundation, and that a plumber told me I d have to rip up my patio and run a new line to the street to the tune of about $1400.  That s not even what he was there for, but Steve was able to diagnose and fix the problem within a few minutes saving me a headache and a lot of money.

He s built beautiful water front homes in Huntington Harbor, and you could could trust him with your kitchen remodel.  Unlike many contractors, he s fastidious about being on time and on budget.

I highly recommend Steve Quinn, The Kitchen Design Center and Quinn Building Construction.
