I want to highly recommend the Kitchen Store in Culver City. They have outstanding customer service. I had a rental property which needed a kitchen remodel. Time was tight and budget was a factor but I wanted quality look. Ann was my designer and she was great in project management and selecting the best team of contractors to get the job with high quality and on time.

We finished on time within budget and her design was outstanding. The Kitchen Store team guided me through the whole process and was always available to answer my questions as the process went on.

Excellent service.  Walked in without an appointment; had photographs of existing kitchen in my Kindle.  Was immediately approached and asked if help was needed.  Responded, not right now.  Then looked around the store of at the vast array of cabinet designs, fixtures, and other items, prior to requesting help.

Ann Higginson was more than helpful.  Showed her the images and she explained their process.  We made an appointment where Ann came to the house, took measurements.  A few days later, returning to The Kitchen Store, Ann had the kitchen design on her computer in 3D, this visual helped finalize the placement, design, cabinets, and other items need.  She even made suggestions I haven t thought of.

The construction process including tear down, installation, and finishing went smoothly.  Ann and her team, were there to help along the way.  Helping with suggestions.  Not only was the kitchen remodeled, so were the hallway cabinets, two bathrooms, and the laundry room.  The slab contractor, Sawaed, did a great job, again, like Ann, making design suggestions.  Sawaed even designed, on site, the family room travertine fireplace, which integrates well with the adjoining kitchen cabinets and counter tops.

Ann and The Kitchen Store made our remodel painless.  Friends, family, and neighbors who have seen the areas remodeled said they will use The Kitchen Store to do their remodels.  Thanks to Ann and all the team members for a wonderful, favorable experience.
