Getting the LicenceThere is a two-part licensing process in Manitoba:
Part 1 – Receiving a Basic LicenceTo receive a Basic Licence, you are required to complete the following courses within 18 months of each other;
Within six months of completing Phase 3, the candidate must register with the Manitoba Securities Commission to remain eligible for the license. See the Costs Fees section for more details. Part 2 – Articling PhaseWithin one year after completing the Basic Licence, the Realtor must complete the first of the following courses to maintain their license. The second course must be taken within two years from completing the Basic License:
