How It Works

• Step One: Submit Payment
• Step Two: You will receive two confirmation emails. One will have your payment confirmation and the second will contain your log-in credentials to the course website.
• Step Three: Read the material for as little or as long as you want in one sitting. Our software will remember where you left off so you can log off and log back on as needed. Most people complete the course in a few days, but take as long as you want - even weeks or months!
• Step Four: Upon completion of the course our system will generate a certificate to print, which fulfills your MO Realtor/Broker CE Requirement.

• • Are you a licensed Real Estate School in MO?
  Missouri does not issue a school approval numbers but rather individual course approval numbers. To see our approvals click here!
• Do your Continuing Education classes fulfill my needed 12 hour Continuing Education requirement as a Missouri Real Estate Salesperson or Real Estate Broker? Yes, our online classes fulfill your requirements. You will receive a stamped certificate on completion of your course.
• How do online classes work?
  • Once you pay for the course you are sent log-in information to read our approved material.
  • You can consume as much as you like at a time, and log-off. When you log back in the material will pick up where you left off.
  • Once the course is completed you can print your certificate to keep for your records.
  • No more driving to a lecture and wasting an entire day and night of your life. Who has time for that??
• What classes do you offer for your online continuing education? The following 3 courses will be taught:
  • Fair Housing - a required core course = 3 hrs (approval code 2680014064)
  • Ethics = 3 hrs (approval code 2680014065)
  • Finance = 6 hrs (approval code 2680014066)
• Will this course work on my computer?

  Our software is supported on I.E 7+, FireFox 2+, Safari on Mac 1.2+, and Google Chrome, but we always recommend that students be on the latest version of any internet browser.
