A few weeks ago I walk in needing some baking supplies, I was one of two customers in the store. I was not greeted, I was not asked if i needed help and I was generally ignored. I decided to walk up and ask at the front counter but as I walk up the lady behind the counter walks to he back of the store.

I can t comment on their supplies or inventory, I assume its of good quality and that they have most of what you would want or need. As for me next time I will order what I need on Amazon Prime.  Free two day shipping and they also always have what I need without the unwelcoming environment.
