Free Delivery applies to all orders over 45 delivered to UK mainland addresses placed online. All orders that do not meet the minimum 30 threshold will incur a 4.95 delivery charge.

Parcelforce is used for most online orders and will require a signature upon receipt of delivery.

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 days but this may take longer due to the specialised nature of some of our products and unpredictable demand (many are made by small craft workshops in remote places and some of our suppliers are based overseas). In this event we will contact you to advise you of the situation and receive your instructions.

Our Refund Guarantee

We are happy to give a full refund or replacement for goods found to be unsatisfactory. When selecting products we always put quality first and inspect every item prior to dispatch. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item purchased online at divertimenti.co.uk, please return the goods unused within 14 days of the goods being received by you for a refund or replacement.

You will be responsible for returning your goods to us and any cost incurred. Divertimenti will not refund the cost of returning your goods unless the goods are deemed to be faulty.
