Once upon a time we were all about laminate worktops here at Wilsonart. In fact, we're still the UK's largest manufacturer of laminate work surfaces, producing a mind-blowing 66 miles of them on average every single week. That's enough laminate per month to cover 21 full sized football pitches!

Since the acquisition of our site in Shildon in 1998, we've evolved as producers of so much more. Now, we are creators of an array of decorative surfaces in laminate, super-hardwearing AEON ™  laminate, Earthstone and Gemstone solid surface materials for a whole host of different applications. Our UK based marketing and purchasing teams are continuously researching new decors and materials to keep us as the forefront of new and upcoming trends, so we can bring exciting ranges packed with the latest colours, designs and textures.

We supply product-only and supply-and-fit surfacing solutions for a wide range of residential and commercial projects right across the UK, Europe and the rest of the world. Our decorative surfaces are all around you. At home you might see stylish kitchen work surfaces, breakfast bars, splashbacks and upstands, beautiful bathroom counter tops and vanity surfaces as well as desking and shelving. Out and about, amongst well-known brands such as Royal Mail, you'll find durable Wilsonart surfaces performing in retail, healthcare, leisure, marine, office and education as counter tops, reception desks, wall panelling, vanity tops, tables and even bespoke furniture to name but a few applications.

Whilst we manufacture all of our Wilsonart products in the UK, as part of a global Wilsonart group under our US parent company, we benefit from sharing technologies and new product development insights with our Europe based sister companies Polyrey and Resopal.
