This is my first ever pan with a different look. I am not so good at telling which brand is good or not so I have to really experiment on everything and read reviews about the products. This pan is my 3rd pan along with my other 2 pans with different brands I had. They are all non stick but this is the biggest one and quite deeper pan I had so far.

What I love about it is that I can put it in an oven without burning the handle!  Cool! I haven t baked using my other pans so I am kind of amazed when I used it. Just be careful when unloading it from our oven, it s still a little bit hot so use a potholder.

1. Fry the chicken in a small amount of olive oil until cooked remove with a slotted spoon and put to one side.

2. Add the butter to the pan and fry the leeks and carrots until soft, you could add a tbls of water to help them to soften slightly and add a lid to the pan for approx 5 minutes.

3. When softened add the chicken stock, mixed herbs, salt Pepper and the cooked chicken, Cook for approx 10 – 15 minutes.

4. Meanwhile place the sliced potatoes into a pan of boiling water for approx 3 – 4 minutes until they are just starting to cook, do not over cook these as they need to be firm enough to place on top of your chicken and leek filling.

5. Mix 1 tbls of corn flour with a little cold water and add to the chicken and leek and keep stirring until the sauce thickens

Use plastic or newspaper and painters tape to cover the counter and backsplash surrounding the sink. Ceramic paint will bond with any paintable surface, so it is really important to not get it on the surrounding surfaces. You'll also want to tape off the drains and the faucet so that you don't get any ceramic paint on them either. Your lines will be clean and sharp when you use painters tape, so the edges where the sink meets the counter will be perfect.

Use a sheet of fine-grit sand paper folded into thirds to sand the surface of the sink. Use a steady back and forth motion. Apply slight pressure while sanding. Sand the entire surface completely. Make a mark 1 inch behind the face frame (cabinet fronts) under the bottom shelf. Center it between the bottom of the bottom shelf and the bottom of the side of the cabinet.

Drill a 3/8-inch hole through the cabinet sides. This allows the wires for the kitchen unit lights to connect to each other while hiding the wires at the same time. Clean any splinters from the holes with sandpaper.

Measure the distance between the sides of the cabinet on the bottom shelf and mark the centre. Center the light fixture on the mark and install it as close to the front of the cabinet as possible with 3/8-inch screws.

Measure the space where your table will go using the measuring tape. Give yourself enough room for chairs. Allot about 1 foot all around for chair space. The measurement you took will serve as the diameter for the round table.

Mark a center point on your wood, and halve your diameter measurement. From the center point, measure the length of the radius and mark your points. Do this a few times, and connect the spots to create a full circle. Cut out the circle using a table saw or regular saw. This is now your table top.
