After years in the fitness industry seeing my clients struggle with their diets, I created Bella's Kitchen. Combining my passion for baking and knowledge of nutrition, I created delicious muffins loaded with nutrients that help my clients stay on track.

Our wheat-free muffins are a nutritious source of fiber, made fresh without additives, preservatives, refined sugar or artificial sweetners.

  • We use only 100% natural whole grain oats in our muffins. Why? Whole oats may reduce the risk of certain cancers, high blood pressure, and Type 2 diabetes. It may also help lower cholesterol, and helps control your weight.
  • Sweetened with real fruit and organic agavé nectar (a natural sweetner that is low on the glycemic index.) No refined sugar or artificial sweeteners.
  • Our recipes include chia seed which is packed with vitamins and antioxidants, and is higher than flax in dietary fiber, protein, and Omega-3's. Studies also indicate that chia can help control blood sugar because it slows down how fast our bodies convert carbohydrates into simple sugars.

Our new grain-free products are made with almond meal, nuts, seeds and organic honey. Perfect for those following a “Paleo” food plan.
