We consult with you to look at the various ways in which you use your kitchen, how often and by whom. This enables us to ensure we cover all your must have requirements from functionality to wow factor within a competitive budget .

Measuring your kitchen is not always as simple as it sounds. To enable us to create an accurate design, we are more than happy to pop around and measure your kitchen for you. Just give us a call!

We now use laser measures to ensure improved accuracy over conventional measuring techniques.

After discussing your personal requirements for the kitchen we produce a number of drawings/visuals to give you a photo-realistic view of how your kitchen will look along with a detailed quotation.

We have never believed in pressuring customers we fully understand that a brand new kitchen is a significant investment

If you re not 100% satisfied with the initial design and/or price and would like to make a few changes?

Not a problem! Simply give us a call and we will happily discuss alternative solutions, and make the necessary alterations to the design and quote.

If you re very happy with the design but you are not quite ready to proceed with the order just yet?

That s fine! If you could let us know with a quick phone call/email/text we can file your design and you can call us when you are ready to proceed.

If you re very satisfied with the design and would like to order your new kitchen with us

Perfect! At New2You Kitchens we are so confident that you will be happy with your new kitchen that we do not follow our major competitors by requesting full payment prior to delivery.

We feel it is more reasonable to ask for 50% as a deposit, 25% upon delivery and 25% once the kitchen is installed (Providing you are totally satisfied)

When you choose New2You to install your kitchen, we carry out a pre-installation survey. This will take approximately 1 hr and allows our installer and designer to both double check that all is satisfactory to commence with the installation.

This will typically be carried out within 7 days of the order date, or if you prefer, we can arrange to carry out the survey prior to you placing your order.

In order to ensure the smooth installation of your kitchen we always try to ensure that all items ordered are on delivered on site so that there are no delays in our agreed schedule of works.

Our installations on average, take 1 working week. but obviously this is dependent on the size and complexity of the installation. Our installers arrive and depart at times convenient to yourselves (Commonly 7.30 am to 4.30 pm).

Once the kitchen installation is complete, the designer will visit to complete a final check.

If you are anything less than 100% satisfied then we need to know. We don t believe it is fair to take full payment before satisfactory completion so for this reason you will not be required to pay the final 25% until such a point is reached.

We feel that our after sales service is just as important as the service we provided you from the day we met. For this reason we encourage you to contact us if you feel anything is not quite right further down the line. Maintaining our reputation is very important to us. so through dedication to customer service we hope that you will be delighted to recommend us to friends and family when their turn for a new kitchen comes around.
