Styles

The style of the kitchen will be largely affected by the materials you choose. Some materials are much more expensive than others, so its really important to work out what your budget is, and work out what materials are going into the kitchen before you get into the design process.

We can write essays about all these various materials here, but its far easier to come and see us, and we can guide you though it.

In the meantime, have a think about these items;

• High pressure laminate (HPL) commonly known as Formica. Or a solid surface? Solid surface covers, granite, engineered stone, acrylic and stainless steel
• HPL will cost around $1,500. Solid surface will cost 3 to 4 times that.

• Melamine is the most cost effective. Come and see our laser, squareline, seamless doors. We are head and shoulders above the rest!
• Vinyl - also known as thermoform. Probably around $4k more expensive than the melamine

• We have a great range of accessories to compliment your new kitchen. Pop into one of our showrooms and have a play!
• Soft closing features?

• Topmount or undermount?
• Drainer or no drainer?

• A normal "pull" handle, or a recessed or integrated type?
