#Surprise Cafe in the middle of the shop - Kitchen Warehouse Cockburn, Cockburn Traveller Reviews Surprise Cafe in the middle of the shop Reviewed 27 June 2014 First time I went here it was a bit of a surprise. I came for a new frying pan but in the shop they also had a really nice cafe with cooked food made to order. As it was lunchtime I decided to try it out and I am glad I did. My husband and I ordered a pizza each, one meatlovers and one hawaiian, baked in a wood fired stone oven in the shop. We also ordered two lattes. The pizzas come in medium and large and cost $15 or $20. We opted for a medium each. The cafe was a bit busy at the time but the coffees came quite quickly, within 5 minutes. The pizzas took a bit longer as they are made to order from scratch and came after about 15-20 minutes. The coffees are really nice, and the pizzas are just to die for. They are some of the best ones I have ever had in Australia. Not just the normal prefab ingredients that you can get in some other places, but they look appetizing and have a lovely taste. After our first visit we have been back many times, not to buy anything in-store but to have lunch and it is well worth the trip. Is a bit of a hidden gem as its not what you would expect in the middle of a kitchen shop.
