Experience a Singaporean multicultural gastronomic tour in StraitsKitchen, where you can find a wide variety of Halal ethnic Chinese, Indian and Malay cuisine.  With a large spread of local dishes on the buffet menu for lunch and dinner, there is a dish for every taste and palate.  The highlights of the menu include Chinese, Indian and Malay specialities.

Some of the popular dishes from the Chinese Kitchen include laksa; carrot cake; prawn noodle soup and hainanese chicken rice . From the Malay Kitchen, be sure to try the ikan bakar sambal (gilled fish with sambal paste); otah otah (barbecue spicy seafood paste); assorted satay and ayam bakar (barbecue chicken). If you prefer Indian cuisine, the curries, roti prata and vegetarian and non-vegetarian briyanis comes highly recommended.
