Our skilled team produces hand-crafted painted kitchens and cupboard frontage in a variety of styles and finishes to order. We specialise in one-piece construction of raised and fielded panel doors and drawer fronts for kitchens. Using CNC technology and manufacturing techniques unique to The Cupboard Door Company, traditional five-piece doors and in-frame doors (complete with frame) are made from one solid piece of MDF.

Frontage options include:

• Raw cupboard fronts delivered hand sanded, ready for priming and painting.
• Primed doors finished with two coats of a water-based primer and de-nibbled ready to be hand or spray painted.
• Painted cupboard doors in 10 BS standard colours supplied with a water-based polyurethane solid lacquer with a 15% sheen finish (other sheen levels are available on request). Doors can be colour-matched with major paint manufacturers such as Dulux or Farrow Ball. There is a surcharge for other colours and in-house painting.

For our impermeable products we use Medite® Tricoya® Extreme sustainably-sourced, high performance wood material, offering fungal resistance, stability and low maintenance. Doors manufactured from Medite® Tricoya® Extreme are perfect for painting and come with a 50 year guarantee on the core material.

We also manufacture bespoke carcasses in veneered or melamine MDF with lay-on or in-frame frontage fitted to the carcass, ready for installation.
