Empty out the drawers to be lined.

Measure the total area of the bottoms of the drawers to be lined, as well as the length and width of each one. Do not skip this step.

Purchase the drawer liner of your choice. Non-adhesive is easier to install and replace later on. Make sure that the minimum dimensions of the roll of drawer liner exceed the largest measurement you have taken.

Cut the drawer liner to the measurements of the inside of each drawer. Use a ruler to ensure a straight edge and accurate measurement. If necessary, cut a little larger than you think you will need. It can always be trimmed later.

Set the now-cut portions in the bottom of each drawer to ensure a proper fit.

Trim the cut portions to fit if necessary.

Peel back the adhesive backing from the cut portions of drawer liner if you purchased self-adhesive ones. If you purchased non-adhesive ones, skip this step.
