If within two weeks of your order/purchase from LTD Commodities you find the same item advertised for less, we will refund 115% of the difference between our price and our competitor's price.

An item is considered identical when it has the same manufacturer, model number, features, size and piece count. The item must be in stock and available to purchase. No additional offers in the form of coupons, rebates, promotional offers, free shipping, product bundle pricing or other promotions can be considered in the Price Guarantee. "Price" includes product price only; shipping charges are not applicable.

To qualify for this exclusive offer:

The competitor must have the item in stock and available for purchase with immediate shipping The items must be new and identical (manufacturer, model number, features, size and piece count) Items may not be found or purchased from an on-line auction site, a private individual, overstock liquidation dealer, or from outside the U.S. nor in used condition The advertised price must be provided for verification via untouched print media or reprinted on-line advertisement, and must include the date to ensure pricing is current

If you find a competitor advertising a qualified purchase for less, simply call 847-295-6058 either before or within two weeks of placing your order, and one of our associates will assist you in taking advantage of our 115% Lowest Price Guarantee. Once we receive the competitor ad you submit for verification, we will refund your original method of payment, or credit a new order for the difference in price PLUS an additional 15% of the difference in our price and the competitor's (not including shipping)!

Our Price Guarantee is subject to change at any time. We reserve the right not to sell products below our cost. Credit card and account refunds may take up to 72 hours to be applied; refunds issued by check may take up to 10 days.

Our distribution center determines the best parcel carrier for the delivery of your packages. The parcel carrier is based on the location, size and number of packages going to a specific area and could be delivered by UPS, US Postal Service, etc. We regret that customer requests for express shipping cannot be met by our company at this time.

Shipping Charges are based on the dollar amount of your purchase. Items that require an additional delivery charge due to their size and weight are advertised with an AD icon and additional charges are noted. These charges will be billed at the time your item is shipped to you.

Multiple Shipment Orders

Whether we ship your order in one box or several, total shipping charges, will never exceed what was quoted.

It is our policy to send you your merchandise as soon as possible. Our ability to ship an order all together depends upon the availability, size, weight and compatibility of the items ordered. If an item is out-of-stock, it is sent when it becomes available.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with all or part of your order, simply return it to us for a replacement, credit or refund on your invoice for the purchase price.

Please note: monogrammed and personalized items cannot be returned except when due to defect. Once placed, your order for these items cannot be returned.

1. Please use the Return Form on the back of your Invoice. If you do not have your invoice, please print and complete the LTD Return Form .
2. Complete the Return Form including invoice number, quantity of items being returned and one reason code for each item being returned.
3. Make a copy of your invoice and mailing receipt for your file.
4. Pack your items and Return Form in the original shipping carton if possible.
5. Ship your package via UPS Ground at their nearest facility or through the US Post Office. Be sure to keep your tracking number to follow your package until it reaches our warehouse.
6. Use the appropriate label for the carrier of your choice. (The label may be found next to the Return Form on the back of your invoice.)
