Also have a showroom 1092 N. Tustin Ave, Anaheim, Ca.They were responsive until I made the final payment.  Then they were too busy to fix my issues.  There cleanup was poor.  Don t expect them to call you to see if everything is OK. Want something fixed wait in line.  Very poor customer service and followup.

Beware of this company. Previous company was Prestige Kitchen Home Improvement Center. Read the reviews for Prestige and you will say no way! This new company is just the continuation of a defunct company that stopped doing the unprofessional work and did not do anything to complete the job. They blamed Richard who was unfaithful to the company and put Abel in charge. He did not follow through and left me waiting and waiting. He had the nerve to ask for another payment though. Gutsy company! Joe, the owner, his main company is Alpha Omega was aware of the issues with Prestige. I called Alpha Omega and at first they denied any association but then said they were associated with the company. There are only 6 reviews on the site for Prestige but all are the same results, except a few with Joe supposedly made them happy, hard to believe that is true. My experience mirrors what these others went through. The work is still not finished and the work that was completed, is unprofessional and damaged. They clogged my drains and didn t patch their work before painting, chipped the tile, installed faucets too far from sink basin, etc. I could go on but I think you are smart enough to know what I mean.

If you use this company, it s at your own discretion and I only hope you have a more pleasant experience and the work is above your satisfaction.

Remember, read the Prestige Kitchen and Home Improvement reviews first. Nothing has changed except the company name. Same store, same employees, same owner, etc.

Joe never contacted me about the unfinished work and the work that was damaged. As an owner, you would d think he would be concerned. All he was concerned about was collecting more money and having Abel promise they would be out to finish.

Never happened!

Joe basically just closed the company, put phone out of order, website no longer exists and left the customers hanging. How  professional is that?

Can t guarantee he will even admit to having been the owner of Prestige Kitchen and Home Improvement Center.
